I bet that the lady-in-waiting had a weak stomach.
A duty such as that would have been a great diet plan back in that time.

It is no wonder that she did vomit.
I recently wrote a post about their meals. No woman could possibly eat all of that food, and their menu was pretty gross too. At least she had the grace to not puke in front of others.

Actually at times my job was not unlike the maids. I was an RN and one never knows what a nurse may have to do within a shift time feame.
