Kabu, thanks for avice, it is not possible just yet, as I am not the owner yet, I will hopefully sign the contract one week from now, to become the rightful owner of the studio. You see, the studio used to be the property of an old man who passed away several years ago, and the inheritors could not reach upon agreement, so the property could not be legally rented or sold, since it was subject of a legal dispute. I received the keys from one of the inheritors at Lepa Brena's request, and it was my home from last November till March. Perhaps that's why Lepa Brena felt entitled to dispose of it in my absence as she pleased. When I confronted her, about what I heard, she said she has been at work since 8 in the morning, and if I heard what I heard, most probably he had a female colleague coming over; she swore it wasn't her. I felt sort of relieved.

Hi, Corbin, so honored to have you commenting again! For me the "Jack-in-the-box" kid is only a neighbor among the hundreds of neighbors who live in the huge castle-like building which I called home until moving into the three-rooms apartment; but I am curious to know why do you ask

Sassy, I wonder why have you used the adjective "idiot" for Jack, since he is a "Jack in the box" young man (still a teenager less than 18), meaning he is skillfull in many activities: electric and electronic devices repairing, loading and unloading debris or merchandise, cooking, carpenting, plumbing, gardening, so on so forth.
I hold no tooth against him otherwise, and somehow I understand her attraction to him, especially that she is also very good in doing things from baby and pet sitting, to most of the house and office chores but I can not possibly approve of it, since she is not legally free and he is not an adult yet

somebody who has read the post said my choice of words did not allow people to understand that Jack is less than 18 years old, which makes the age gap between them about 17 years. Is it true that I should reword it?
