Definitely. The freaking guy just has to pull the damn thing up, roll it, and toss it. He can probably do it in less time than it takes to watch a sitcom, but nooo...He acts like he was being asked to move the Great Wall Of China or something.

You are so right about that shag carpeting. If that's a deal-breaker on an otherwise good house...maybe it's not the house that's the problem.
