Boy oh boy! There's a dilemma between logic and heart! Caused by the present pandemic, of course. Otherwise there would not be much of a contest. Our children are our children, no matter how much time has passed.

The C-19 can't be ignored. If they can't get tested, then the 14-day isolation period is the alternative. They probably should stay put unless they can afford to stay in a hotel--if they can find one that's open these days--for the two weeks before risking the health of their Dad and brother.

This is a potential blessing. Whatever you decide, and PD decides will be wonderful. Consider having them get tested and having them stay in self-quarantine until they can get to PD. Then a recheck before they see PD and you, and family.

PD has a tough decision to make. I like Corbin's idea of them getting checked first. Hopefully, this will be a time where family fences are mended.
