Normally, I keep my 'political side' away from my writing, here and on Twitter, but since I posted this post, it seems that she is backing away from her EO (Executive Order.) There was no need for it, as traffic here is already very light. All of the eateries in town are either closed or limited to drive up orders. Newberry is about two square miles in size. I have walked to the post office some twelve blocks from home and back in non virus days, and encountered very few people. There is no one on the streets right now except the cops.

If we focus on politics and the messed up things politicians do because
they think Average Jane doesn't have a brain, we (semi)logical beings can drive ourselves 'round the bend in no time. Thankful today for activists and the many unseen and unheralded who work for the good of working people.

Happy Good Friday!
It is chilly here as well with a light snow that is supposed to end by noon. Tomorrow will be in the 50s. I wish that the police would patrol better here. Getting people to stay home when not on essential trips is vital to stopping the spread of COVID-19.
