We are not allowed to have a burn barrel in this town.

Can't burn the autumn leaves - I miss that autumn scent - but I do know a thing or two about messes and hanging stuff in the garage because it's too windy outside. Love the scarecrow poem, it's heartbreaking.

We had an incredibly windy Friday morning. It was something...I can see the violets.

Take care in that weather. And I liked the last line of your poem very much.

High winds are a force to reckon with, and a dirty burn barrel is no friend to clean clothing.
