That is horrible. My mother is HR at a convalescent center, and two of our daughter were CNA's. I have heard of deplorable conditions, but what you have explained shows a total lack of empathey and professionalis. They should be reported.

How can anybody stoop to taking a paycheck after treating anyone
like that? In fact, how can they claim to be any kind of professional? Sorry you had to deal with such creeps.

Well, crap! What a sh#%%y time of it you've had! Horrible! Can you report that institution to anyone? So sorry, dear. It's like Hell Warmed Over! I'm incensed for you and wish that it hadn't been like that. I hope things somehow become better and that never happens again! Rrrhh! Hugs, for you certainly deserve them.
