Well I hope you do get some sunshine soon. It makes all the difference.

I guess you need that sleep, The things we take for granted are missed terribly.

Kabu

Get some well-deserved rest tonight and I send wishes of all good things to you and Wiley, dear.

The new ornamental (pampas) grass in one of our parks isn't, showing any green under dead clumps when they are elsewhere.

Take care of yourself, Dear Kabu. You need & deserve a break.

It's amazing how the season differs depending upon our latitudes - leaves here are almost fully out, daffodils are gone already, flowering trees, fruit trees have bloomed out. We are having floods in the area - the Mississippi isn't far from here and all the rivers and streams that flow into it are overflowing, plus all the snow melt and rain from the northern areas. But your days in midsummer are so much longer the extra light will bring everything into bloom and ready to harvest even before things do that in this more southern area. Never expected to get lessons on nature here on Blogit, but I count that as a plus. Thinking of you and sending good vibes to you two honeymooners - and Mr. G. of course.
