Yes it was the same when we started. Of course if one has not changed from 7. It will cost
users here 100 pounds sterling to get a new disk for a Windows 10 user.
I did wonder how you started. My Aunt applied for a secretary appointment.
She bought a typewriter. Pity she could not type.

The trouble is 7 will not be supported next year so it may not be wise to use it for Banking etc.

I was very fond of Windows 97, it was the easiest to format into
documents, select fonts, etc. Or maybe it's creeping senility that makes the new versions so frustrating. I first learned word processing on a program called WordStar in the days before Google and chat rooms and Blogit. As for your conscience bearer, pink is a good color.
