Thanks guys ...I am no saint though. Just an old nurse who knows what she is facing and who loves Wiley as deeply now as she ever has.

You're such a trooper......God Bless you for your unyielding dedication to your life partner.  Again, God love you and bless you....

Your post made me think (again) of a poem I love--especially this part of it:

“Grow old along with me! The best is yet to be, the last of life, for which the first was made. Our times are in his hand who saith, 'A whole I planned, youth shows but half; Trust God: See all, nor be afraid!”  Robert Browning

There is something extremely relaxing about getting a haircut. I remember being disappointed when a shampoo guy was fired because he gave a strong head massage when shampooing my head.

Kabu ma'am

You sure need a nap you deserve after the bad patch of night. Hope that all will be ok soon. And many thanks for leaving a sweetly encouraging comment on my blog

Short sleeps are good to rejuvenate.

Nights like that are so tiring. I go through that laundry routine

every now and then - so I, too, am thankful for washers & dryers. It's a problem when your feet won't go as fast as your colon...

Intense rains are really majestic. It is amazing how much water can fall from the sky.

Kabu

Oh my goodness, you poor dear. What a night is right! I'm so sorry that you have so much on your plate right now. A nap is what you need. And some more helpers. Hugs, sweet lady.
