I use it to describe the art of packing the truck/moving van/closet to get the most use of limited space. It's possible I made up this usage. ;)

Years ago, when I had a different computer, I used to play a tetris game. I had forgotten all about that. But, I have never seen the word used as you use it here. Interesting.

Yes, Charlie expressed the same concern. That was why I shifted it to a wall where it is not likely to get knocked into, which with me wobbling around the house first thing in the morning is not an unlikely scenario!
One option is to really weigh down the lower shelf so the whole thing isn't so top-heavy. A wall anchor might also be possible to do.

Maybe it's not possible, but in light of its location near a door, I'm
thinking it might be wise to find a way to tether the stand to the wall so it won't
flip over - it's bound to be top-heavy with that much water in the tank.
