Probably some of both. I have a feeling it was more modern ways of doing things like some type of surgery, a brace,prosthetic built up shoe, therapy, etc. Whatever it was, for him it worked..

I always enjoy reading the stories of the lives that have touched ours--yours, Pat's, CCT's... just the start of the long list! What a book it would make, if they were all collected!

I don't know the answer to that, but I think he had a very hard time when he was little. He came from a big family. I think somehow he wanted to "pay it foreward."
