getit on paper....you go back and edit after it's finished
don't worry how fast others are writing. your muse will prod you when the time is write. just be ready for when it happens.
carry a notebook and pen with you. you can write down ideas as they come to you and then focus on the conversation, etc that is currently going on
procrastination robs you of your productive time. allow yourself to play one game or text for a certain amount of time. then shut everything off and concentrate on your writing.

I liked reading Mark Twain's tips. I have no tips other than I was taught to "say what you mean."
