With his folks in Florida and hers in Colorado and them in Alaska, it probably won't be until they are out of the Service....and I'll be dead and gone by then. LOL. Thank goodness for Internet.

I was reading about when my Great Grandmother married my Great Grandfather in Canterbury Kent in England and they left for Australia.
Her sister cried to their Mother as the Clipper pulled away from the dock. "it is like we are going to her funeral, we shall never see her again."
At least we do have the Internet.

At least you can see pics and interact sending messages and doing face time instead of waiting for letters or pics to arrive via snail mail...lucky you!
