I expect some are expert at getting the last dollar, some make a profession of it here.

I asked a woman who was working a.  till six days a week if it was not much better than drawing benefits. 'Not much.' She replied .

In Missouri if you were eligible and worked enough hours in the 18 months prior then you can collect.  It also depends on why you are no longer working the other job and how long it has been since you worked it.  You have to have enough qualifying earning quarters.  They allow us to make up to 20% of our unemployment benefit and then any above that we have deducted dollar for dollar.  Don't wait to check it out.
