Mattress Firm did right by me--felt like I made a new friend every time I dealt with them, and never got hit with hard-sell tactics. I hope you find as good folk to deal with.

You are braver than I am Ciel . I would have dumped the mattress or bought a sleeping bag. I think your personality was more to do with the exchange being friendly. Well done though now you can sleep peacefully again.
