He was a police officer, who pulled me over in a snowstorm and figured I was lost, because I was probably headed towards the city dump. When he found out where and what (a hockey tournament) I was going to and that someone had given me the wrong directions- he had mercy on us and escorted us throught the Provo's snowy, city streets on a little known short cut, straight up to the ice rink. Even though we had sent on a wild goose chase, the Lord and this nice policeman saw to it that my daughter got on the ice well before game time AND before her would be replacement.
