I really think you will have to get seed with a nasty taste. Or do a little patch and cover it with small wire and then start again when it shoots. You do meet interesting people, It is one of those joys of being able to integrate with folk.

Even though I life in a small town (if 125,000 is small), it's part of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and we no longer have a Farmer's Market, which is a pity, since I used to love them. There's a HUGE one in Toronto, but it's a thirty-mile drive, and then you have to find parking...
