That would be a good name for a super hero arch nemesis. I can just see it now. Bat Man vs. The Blue Bastard.
Reading about that fish reminds me of a difficult fish to catch in the Chesapeake Bay called the Blue Fish. They have sharp teeth, which make them difficult to catch. I remember using eel as bait, but they only bite off half the eel.
