Those floaters often do disappear or the brain shuts them out like unwanted noise can be ignored after a while.

Hope the trip and everything goes well.

Yes it is a bit annoying to get pets like this. It is a good job that you have always got an optimistic view of things. Perhaps it will like others suggest and the flecks will disperse or they can be treated easily. I cannot have happened to you alone. Keep your chin up.

Have a good trip ,home, and I hope you'll get rid of those two 'pets' soon, before you feel compelled to adopt and name them, LOL...And I had to look op hum bao, to find out that I have had them as part of a dim sum lunch, but didn't know what they're called. Interestingly, I found out there are now a number of hum bao places here in 'Tronna', apparently in competition with Micky D et al... More power to them, I say...
