Re: Re:
Wonderful way
To present a protrait
Of a loving father
If he could see you today
He'd be proud
You felt that way
But his journey
His brought him home
We're one day
We'll hope to see
Him again
It takes courage
To portray love like thank
You for inviting me
To see such a man

Re:
Yes it but his spirit will
Always be looking down on
You seeing if you remember
The way you were loved and raised
To be who you are today
To be absent from the body
Is to be present with the Lord
When we accept Christ our story
Is told by our lifestyles we live

Very nice of you to remember your father with such kind words. And great picture.

I do understand that this was a blessing in disguise he was already under a lot of stress and very tired. To have lingered would have been terrible for him and active man. Bless you.

Poor Dad he looked so full of vitality in early photos, but stress will do things and it is sometimes unavoidable.

I wish I could have met your Mum and Dad.  I would have loved them just as much as I love you.

These days, with so many suffering lingering deaths, I think it's

a blessing when someone can cross that rainbow bridge with a quick first step. Shock to those left behind of course, but a mercy nonetheless. I hope your father's day was spent remembering good times. ♥

So tough it is when we lose our loved ones...Oh, yes, it is better when it happens quickly.

Very sad, especially since it was so unexpected - but as you suggest, it was probably the best way to go...

This made me so sad, and yet I feel that he was a wonderful man who lived a long and happy and productive life.  Maybe that's why I'm sad--that it had to end at some point.  Great job of portraying him in just a tiny post.  I feel as if I knew him.
