No I am not clever just trying to outsmart circumstances. I wonder what the young lady is thinking. 'I hope I don't topple over. '

ReFS:
Well I carry a store bag with my phone and spare key and a jumble of other things including reusable bags as I shop once a week.

Plastic is one of the worst inventions of all time. That's a lot of rhubarb jam you
will be making. Loved the poem, it had me laughing pretty good.

Personally, I hate plastic bags. I don't mind paper ones so much because they can be so easily recycled. I'm glad you're enjoying my story. Thank you for visiting me.

I myself am a reusable bag kind of guy. I see very few men with them at the grocery store. One cashier one time told me, "You're the second guy I've seen with reusable bags." She said it in such a way that I felt she had been working there awhile.
I see that it did not go well with her for the speaker.

A hundred rhubarb plants wouldn't be a little job. It would be a career.
Sometimes the way the acts change, and the interactions among the gardeners/friends it seems more like a stage play, with little scripts and punch lines... I enjoy it so much. And again the romantic poet, seeking a connection. She said no: her loss!
