It may be the times, not the ethnos.
I have a running discussion (to be nice) with my son regarding whether conversation via chat is like email or like a phone call. So many people seem to think it's like email, where there is no sense of immediacy or waiting for reply. Some people just wander away while you sit there waiting, and don't understand why you are miffed about it!
Technology changes how we interact, and there are no models for many younger people (younger than me) of what a phone conversation used to be like. They text and email and chat, while doing so many other things, they don't seem to care so much about the time passing.
Basic courtesies are not understood by both sides, the same way.
Not calling back says to me, someone doesn't want your business.

Yesterday got near eighty. Very nice...My DVR has been very busy of late because the NHL playoffs and NBA playoffs are currently going on.

Wow, you do seem to have probs getting a few jobs done. Our local magazines are full of
little adverts imploring for more work. I suppose a good many folk are a bit wary of charges. Probably better to get an estimate before proceeding. Good luck in your new project, I don't honestly know what you do, but it must be expensive for the customer eventually, of course there are probably a good many with plenty of cash to spare hopefully. Take it easy it appears that you run in high gear.

Sigh...getting someone to help is not proving any easier up here...Biggest problem for us is although Wiley has lived here in the area for 25 years he is still an outsider and as for me. Coming from Australia....For-get-it!!!!!Either they want to charge is a ransom for a small job or they just don't turn up.
