Yes, better to leave the message than to have her take it out on the next one as well.

Winter is a lovely gift, especially new white.  But there sure is a lot of complaining that goes on.

How dare she have cold hands. That just shows her heart is elsewhere....but a big gold star and a hug for getting the procedure done.

Re: adnohr,

I have also had techs and others who could have used some training in tact and keeping themselves and their peeves out of the conversation. There was a salesperson in a pet store once--I only wanted a couple of fish for my tank, and it was the end of a long, long day... she went on and on about her personal life and tribulations, until I just burst out with, "I really don't care. I just want my fish."  She looked so affronted! But she shut up while she got the fish.

I like winter as well like you do. I have come to appreciate all four seasons, the best and the worst that they have to offer.

Just the thought of that procedure sends a shiver down my spine, even though there really isn't much danger I will ever experience it, is there, LOL...As for that winter thing - yes, winter can be beautiful - in small doses...

I'm not crazy about ice underfoot, but winter is pretty.

Much as I hate ice and miserable freezing rain, I hate mammograms worse. Wonderful description of the process!  and thank you for the smile!!!
