I think I'll ask God if I should drink more like Kabu suggested. Pat enjoy what is left of your repast. I did have a pain in my hip ,but by rolling back and forth on the bed it has nearly been cured. Ciel told me about it first. I would ask a Doctor's opinion though.

Right...

I think God just has a cosmic sense of humor.

Sorry to hear about the pain in your hip, I've dealt with that situation

from time to time. Pain makes me cranky so I appreciate the Creator's thoughtful ways of keeping us exercising and limber.  I'm putting corned beef in the crockpot so it will be ready when I get home from The Center this afternoon.  Mmm!

TAPS

Funny....and true!  I need to put a pedometer on - but keep forgetting!  I just got my inside bike back so I can build my stamina back up as I am finally recovering somewhat from the creeping crud I've had since 2/11 - still have a little cough, but I am so tired of being weak!!  It is so true that you have to use energy to have energy!

It sounds like Richard would be comfortable becoming a Blogit member. They were

all good, and I'm sure the food is also. Both of you get well soon.

TAPS

Corned beef, sauerkraut and rye bread does sound good, LOL! It reminds me that I've changed my diet slightly - tonight I had egg salad (1 egg, 1 avocado, 1 roasted red pepper, a few capers, mayo, P&S), 1 Belgian endive grilled, 1 slice of sourdough bread and 1 glass of white. But I had no lunch and a very sparse breakfast. And, according to my Google Fit, I spent 1hr 23 min walking, and used 8,351 steps in the process; not as good as yesterday, though, where I spent 1 hr 48 min walking, taking 11,049 steps...
