Re: Re: Re: Kabu

I know just trying to cheer you up, I feel you have been a bit under the weather recently.

We are our own worst enemies. Well unless there is a gorilla living next door. Wiley must give you a hug from me.

Re:Justi

Hi Justi I do eat bananas for breakfast usually, I must increase the amount. I guess we all have good and bad memories, but lucky to still have them.

I am only thinking of your health  and comfort...and you know I do not get tipsy!!!!!LOL.

Wow! I believe our tastes change as we age. This is some more post. As for the cramps in the legs your potassium may be a bit low, eat some bananas or other potassium heavy foods. The poem I gathered was not from one of your better memory moments. Good writing just a tad sad.

Re: Naut

Well I am glad you like this type I have modified this kind of poem somewhat. I don't honestly believe one can write many decent things in twenty minutes, well some may but nothing comes that easy. It is like training a dog, the dog being oneself.

Re: The polite social lie... It's an art I must learn.

Yes I am afraid I don't like eating much in public I did explain why, once. I can see a flea miles away now.

Re: Re:Re: BTW

Alas I have not got any K. but I will try it tomorrow. I feel quite cocky I took a test on U tube, I think it was and had A1for grammar, I had to guess one or two spellings as I am useless but I though it would be cheating to look in a dictionary.

CCT

Leg cramps can be a pain...But your poem is another undiluted and thought-provoking pleasure of many layers...

The polite social lie... It's an art I must learn.

I've sat through many a meal I didn't like, listening to blather I didn't want to hear.  I hope you're feeling better, now that your glasses are fixed and you can see where you're going. :)

Re:Re: BTW

I forgot to mention on the cramps....all we ancients at work (is that proper grammar, I'm losing my usage)....anyway...we frequently suffer with cramps...a spoonful of mustard does the trick...in the mouth, of course!

Re:

Well you are lucky Jimmy. I hope you will get your usual Easter Egg, I am sure you will buy your wife one. Hope you feel a little less sad.  Shame about the weather.

Re:

I thought you meant drink it when I was relaxing Kabu. You did mean wine or were you tipsy at the time. You should try getting our Wiley to drink this water of ours. It is dosed with fluoride to reduce tooth decay. I get your point Kabu I will try honestly.

Re: Krisles

The glasses I wear are those bendy ones that one can sit on. If I used super glue and the lens fell out I would not be able to push it back in.

Question 2. I have always done this ever since I was initiated into this hidden world, by the belief that I can now confirm, you don't get owt for nowt.

Re: adnohr

Well I guess we guys are not sociable like you guys. We try to avoid communicating  with old Fogies as we have got Fogieitus or something like that you may spell it differently in your neck of the woods. As for Kabu she told me to drink plenty of Australian wine, but I think she had been on the bottle at the time.I think I shall have to go back to tonic water it was suppose to stop Malaria in India.Yes as I said I can stand pain but when it makes one feel faint it is miserable/

What's wrong with old fogies getting together and sharing some memories over a meal? And listen to Nurse Kabu - liquids it is! She didn't stipulate which liquids.I used to get cramps in my calves when playing basketball - it hurts awfully! Another great poem - you sure have an excellent turn of phrase, CCT.

And, can't you super glue that screw?

I really wish you would separate your journal and your poetry...I wonder why you don't?   The colors come right off, clean as a whistle....it is what is inside that makes the person, not the grease....so the taste is there regardless of the skin's topping; at least that's what I've found with men....for they wear their own colors.  Bad date, I should say.   The ultimate white tissue will stay with me, the imagery.  Good one.

Get the new glasses and take better care of yourself Bro. And a good porker now and then can calm one down

I am sick of trying to get you to drink enough fluid to hydrate yourself when you do physical work. You will keep suffering from cramps if you don't listen. Wiley is a good boy. He drinks all his fluids and is so much better.

The screws in my glasses come loose occasionally too, but my wife does the repairs for me ( I ain't buying new frames! ) And don't swear off chocolate! It's actually good for you, in small doses of course! My wife loves Smarties too . . .
