Pat I'll take the gluten free if you don't mind. Also, when you get a chance can you

critique one of my new posts?

 Thankyou, much.

That boy next door is just young enough for an olderish woman to flirt with. They know you ain't serious...well I guess they hope you ain't. LOL

SO it's clear you are not a cougar. Winter is a time for comfort food, and there is more hibernation too. No wonder we gain a couple of pounds. (Loved your statement about shades of grey, LOL!)

I made the mistake of stepping on the scales last night for the first time since the beginning of the year.   Yes, what I was afraid of--up four pounds.  That's what this cold, cold, winter has done for me--kept me indoors, comfy, inactive and with too much focus on cooking and eating.

Yes you will have to jump into your time machine, but it is still nice to have a friendly neighbor. I seem to have gone off of coffee lately perhaps it is the sight of so many drinking it on the street, like cigarettes in the old days. Even the Supermarket gives it away free.Your little car is a runner, keep the battery charged if you can.

Pat

At least you should discuss a little math with Cutie Pie now and then, LOL...I like your yogurt idea - I'll try it for breakies tomorrow...And about that half & half: My LSW uses it, but I don't. I use 2% for my latte, but I foam it with one of those French presses - works like a charm and gives me the illusion (no, I'm not immune to illusions, LOL) that I have soemrich cream in my latte...

I can recommend almond milk as a sub for dairy, to lighten up the coffee.  I have the plain, but also a half gallon of the dark chocolate flavor, for instant mocha!
