I never heard of the book before. Of course I don't read a lot of Russian or eastern european poetry or books. They seem so depressing.

For me is shows the total irresponsibility of humans who brag that God made man the keepers of this beautiful blue planet.
From start to finish there is no show of heart. if the people had cared for the orchard because they all gained from it's beauty and bounty, it could still be there.....
