I also resent drivers who rudely do not dim their brights for other drivers.
Sadly, many drivers just don't make the connection about how necessary it is for other people on the road to see them coming, and lights. They think they use them only to see where they themselves are going, at night.

i agree about turning on the lights...i just don't like those very bright white lights that some cars have. they have a blinding effect on my eyes.

We turn them on here when its raining,well not the headlight but the side lights. I think if there was an accident in rain it would be a determinant factor.
