I have some information

to share with those of you who are part of the food police. (I know you mean well but...)

Three years ago I made the decision to ignore what "they" say I should eat, and just eat what a want.

I eat no vegetables

I eat very little fruit.

I dine at my neighborhood McDonald's at least three times a week.

I have lost 65 pounds

You may want to ease up a bit on the cheese and salt . . .
