There is no greater pleasure than a well written story

As for writing sometimes we aren't meant to write a book but touch people through a blog.

how less interesting is it in the movie to see someone putting computer data on a disk and finishing just as the bad guy/girl walks into the room, to the days when the answer was there on the blotter, forgotten by the crim. you have and still do written wonderful poetry, Haiku and posts about an amazing number of subjects. always interesting, always entertaining.

Re: Typewriters... *shudder*

Remember onion skin and carbon layers and a pen eraser with a little brush on the end?  LOL

Typewriters... *shudder*

If not for the advent of word processors, I'd never have written anything.

I know what you mean. Years ago, when I first began writing anything, I was still sitting in front of an old-fashioned typewriter. Something about looking at that blank sheet of paper sitting in the roller, waiting for something magical to be 'smacked' upon it! When I was an artist, I got the same feeling from a blank canvas . . .

i remember using fountain pens as well as buying a bottle of the ink and the pen....it was so messy but i loved it and one teacher confiscated it without even telling me or giving it back at the end of the day.....i was so sad

Perhaps you could collect items you've blogged and turn them

into a memoir, something around 100 to 150 pages, complete with photos, with a Haiku or two sandwiched here and there. Now that, I believe, would draw some readers...
