My stomach hurts love.

We, both, seem to be having a lot of unnescesary sprains, falls and aches with pain this summer!  I tripped over the hoe; resulting in a very tight neck and shoulder. Glad the shoes are helping you. I am slowly coming along but not near as much sympathy from my husband as you get from yours!!  :)

Oh dear one must you still work on those rocks when you have pains like that? I just want to reach out and make it all better but can't. I am sorry you are hurting. No you are not doing that for sympathy I know that. I have a million ideas of things more enjoyable than getting sympathy for pain. I will be praying for you. Stay out of the rock pile until you are feeling very well and have those steel toe shoes the iron workers wear.

So we are having a pain contest are we?
I must say, and am thankful to be able to say it, that I'm afraid I would not win that contest.  My aches and pains are very minor compared to many much younger than I.  As far as sandals and shoes, I go barefoot as much as is possible.  I love going barefoot.

I do hope your back and knees leave you off soon.  Watch out for those wheel barrows!

Kabu

I experienced a slight shudder when I read this! The vision of sandals (with toes in them) and rocks (as in rockery) is not a pleasant one! Make sure you wear those things only in the house...

I buy the most expensive quality shoes. Some people don't think how important it is to be walking comfortably. And that comes at a very expensive price.

Well you are the fancy one, I could have sold you Ciel's cure for ten dollars.

Not only that it will be a shame to work in the garden with those expensive shoes.

You really should have bought a pair of hob nailed boots for the tough work.

Of course ideally you should have a gardener like I have, but there again you

would not like to see your flowers cut as soon as they open or all your fruit

taken surreptitiously. Probably a small raised garden would be nice.

Do be careful a garden can be a minefield of accidents.

Kabuiepie-;)~

Ach your such a smoothie darlin' making the bruisies come from gardening instead of, well, uh, dang-just other places I'm too gentlemanly to mention. Well, what with cat taking up 1/3rd of our bed space all we can do is make bruises. roflmao Oh yeah but I love ya dontcha know?

There's a hippie saying: Nothing was ever accomplished by

anyone wearing uncomfortable shoes. And maybe you could mitigate your aches and pains if you'd take on little bits of those big jobs, one step at a time. Slow and steady, like the tortoise who wins the race from the speedier hare. I hope your new sandals have made your back all better. ♥

What you and Wiley need

is to wrap yourselves in bubble-wrap.

It is amazing how much a good pair of shoes can alleviate one's aches and pains...I noticed that, too, about how much pain consumes us when we are experiencing it and how we forget about it when it is gone.
