I did run with the tumbleweeds when I lived on the desert side of the mountains in
Washington State - it was full desert country then, irrigated now. Never saw John
Wayne, but there were wild horses and real cowboys there. :)

Well in my wildest dreams I thought I might follow this very elite lady and be a missionary. I don't know why as I would have to have convinced myself first and
the elite lady, would have messed her white gloves. I suppose you jogged along
with John Wayne and kicked the tumble weed as it rolled down the dusty town.

Actually, I've got to stick close to home until I hear how things are with my daughter - the one who's a speech pathologist & has uterine cancer & will be getting surgery one
of these soon days. And there's other family stuff (good & improving) that I'm keeping
an eye on... But if I ever do go a-wandering, I'll certainly make a point of stopping by
Camelot... ♥

get a passport. Buy a round trip ticket on a train to Canada..or fly and we pick you up and you stay here and write your book and do whatever you want...for as long as you want.
