My cabbage turned out really good. Sautéed cabbage, red bell pepper, and shallots with some diced panachetta and EVOO, then added some Thai ground hot pepper and some chopped jalapeño pepper and a cup of water to stew a bit. Great accompaniment to anything.

I showed this to Son #1 a bit ago and he loved seeing the picture because he said he had that several times in the Philippines. He also said he never did get an eyeball because those were the first thing to go. Apparently they are tasty???
