Loving this post. When nursing I was always totally focussed actually to the point that I never made time to make friends with other RN's BUT I could drive my car to and from the hospital and not remember how I got there or home. and I find with my writing that I can be thinking about a subject and then find myself starting the writing too far into my thoughts and it makes no sense when I read it back.
You have reminded me to be a bit grounded at times.
