Well done, it seems some animals like going to the vet and some hate going.
I think that sounds logical. I think Greysome would soon lose weight if you offered the Vet's food. I hope you did not waste the piece he spat out/

we spent the day at the same place today, the vets..... lucy has a ear infection they found while i really just had an appointment for a bath and hair cut. she did fine without her ace.......the girls at the vets said it was so sad to see her without ace, they all loved him. but ace did his job right raising lucy and she was a good girl.

At least he's healthy and not suffering from illness. I used to feel that way about shots, too. Then I got a pain shot during labor, and it never bothered me after that...

I have a feeling that all cats act similarly when going to the vet, and I guess you really can't blame them. Depending on when their appointments are, I try my best to accompany my wife whenever she brings any of our cats in. Somehow I've developed a 'calming voice' for the kitties, and they seem less stressed when I'm there with them. It's still somewhat tramatic, but my presence does seem to help . . .
