I would love to know if, when I click on "I don't want to see this" on FB, if anyone else can tell if I did that, because I do it a lot.

I think the secret is Pat to treat the present (you) as unique . Try to give yourself little treats however small. Basically keep planning for tomorrow, it has to come then even if it is reluctant to do so.

Occaisonally, I see a photo that makes me sad...They will not know if you hide it from your News Feed.

I don't have any photos from the past. my sons have them and that is OK with me for I like you would rather live in the moment. Be happy today.

Funny how things go! Back in the seventies it was embarrassing not to wear a leisure suit, today you'd rather be dead, LOL...One thing though - I still had long hair...

I see photos of myself, younger,

and am sad to think of how my self-image then kept me from seeing a gal who was not as awful as I thought she was.

Meanwhile, Wiley is quite right!

I'm too much of a grump to enjoy Facebook. Don't compare the beauty of you yesterday with the beauty of you today. You may not see it because your eyesight isn't working as well as it used to, but we can see that beauty  in you every day by just reading you.....
