I can relate to the job being too much for Wiley

I can change a light bulb on a good day

Give him a pet from me too, Grandmummy.  Our snow is melted now!

I wonder why he went for Wiley. Seems a case of mistaken identity. One thing for sure he did not like the electrician. You don't run the fan at this time of the year do you? I have one that works on a pulley you tie it your big toe and flick it up and down.

I guess Mr. G. thought you were going to bring strange beasts into his house...

That's so funny. My wife likes to use the term "Time Out" as well whenever one of the kitties ( usually Riki ) is 'bad.' She can be sweet and loving one moment, and then somewhat nasty another. It usually depends on how much attention she's getting. And I know what you mean about keeping your arms in the air for extended periods of time! Very difficult indeed! I'm glad the fan is up and running. One less thing for Sir Wiley . . .

They say cats have 9 lives - maybe in a past life he knew this

electrician or the creature whose scent he left on the kitchen chair - and things were not so peachy-keen that time. Maybe it was a love affair gone bad and this is his way of singing a "somebody done me wrong" song.

Our Buddy is like that. He came to us from some bad background. There are certain people he pays no attention, others he seems to like and some he hates so badly he will jump out of my or George's arms to go away from. They are such little creatures.

Your explanation that some sort of animal scent effected Mr. Graysome makes sense to me...I remember an episode of It's Me or the Dog where someone's dog would bark furiously at the television when certain animals were on it.

I hope nothing comes of the bite.  Once Sis' cat became upset like that and bit her on the leg and she got a really bad infection from it.  But that was in the day you let your cat out at night and it could get into anything it wanted and you would never know what.

LOL - a real 'watch-cat', that Mr. G.! I can't figure out why Wiley thinks pits are so bad....
