We always switch outs off at night. Paranoif as we are that someone will hack in and get vital info from us....like our Blogit passwords. I would have been terrified. Wiley is wanting to buy me a new laptop but I resist. I want to save everything off this one that I have only just got to know properly, then hope it keeps working.

Yep, it has happened to me as well - so often, in fact, that I now look upon it as 'just one of those things', and with equanimity. Mind you, it's a bit of a spur for me to back up my stuff...

Pat relax, it did it to me and I thought it was some glitch so I just did a 'restore' and forgot about it until you mention it. also Blogit pages were running up and down, I thought the hamster that runs this program was having a heart attack. We must pray for its health more often.

yes and it is better to let the computer rest...like any other machine it needs to cool off and rest...you want it to live as long as possible
