Re: Taps

Well not too much Taps I don't really know if I will like the flavour.  I know I will like the scent of the sweet peas. The eggs Archie boiled were perfect so he said ,I know they were near the sell by date, but they boiled and then immersed them in cold water and they shelled like a dream. Yours are too fresh I imagine.

So much here you write about.  By the time I get to the end I can't even remember what struck me as something that I might want to comment about.  I do remember OKRA because you capitalized the whole word.  I hope you have a good crop of it.

Re: Ciel

Hi Ciel, if you want to join my lap dancing team there is a vacancy Kabu has signed up already. I don't think I have any chance of a reimbursement. It would be more worry than it was worth. It is a horrible foggy morning here if there were a mountain it would not be visible.Do hope you feel better,

Re: The poem is a magical thing...

I shall have to put it down to experience Pat. Or do a bit extra Lap dancing. At last we are getting frosts so the ground will have a nice tilth for planting. It is nice to watch the little sweet pea plants in the greenhouse slowly forming leaves. In about a fortnight I shall plant the tomato seeds, time flies.

Re:

Re: Chiff Chaff

Well Bro in the attic there a tank which holds water to feed the hot water system it has a ball valve the same as in toilets and it had disintegrated. I don't like going up there as it is covered all over with glass wool to insulate the house. If it is very cold I just open the trap door slightly to let the warm air keep the tanks from freezing.

I have had many a time where I did not read the fine print...I like the way in which the imagery flows in your poem.

Cunning that's what you have become and why not. I applaud cunning. Why bark when you have a dog. I am sure Arthur reads everything for you anyway. And your poem is very full of true passion and need. Wonderful.

CCT

I had been wondering what it was that was always dripping in your loft - I could hear it, very annoying. So it was that old tap - I'm glad you got it fixed at long last! But I did like your interesting apple poem...

Tell me, what is upstairs on the roof that leaks Bro?

It may not necessarily be laziness, but being well-read on such things could probably only help! And yeah, it does sound like it may be time to move on from those computer games. If you're looking for 'mind exercises,' may I recommend crossword puzzles? They're better for your brain than you might think . . .

The poem is a magical thing...

I have no idea what a ball valve is or how it would work in a loft, but your description sounds like it's probably plumbing-related. As Ciel said, it might be smart to file a claim, your insurance may reimburse you. Here's looking forward to spring and blooms...

I know for a fact that you read things--

I suspect you just read what you want to read!

Maybe you can submit the billing to the insurance company, and get paid back for it.

Your poem is a lovely casting of words, though I am uncertain of the spell. There is magic in it, at any rate.
