photos with the rats and mice...I do hope they keep the Boas and pythons for on another day or you'll have some eating the others....They sound like folk with a big heart.

A fun part of life is reconnecting with people we have not seen in years...I myself find it cooler to do it accidentally in person rather than by social media these days.

I don't think I would like to hold Rats or mice, I know they are probably as clean as any other animal if they are tame, but I have battled with too many wild ones. I admire their caring attitude though. It is nice to see old acquaintances sometimes Pat.

The trip story reminded me of a similar incident

when my eldest, then 5, and I were driving to San Francisco, and somewhere near Santa Rosa, she was utterly astounded when some guy stuck his hairy backside out the car window beside us. She is still laughing at that bum...  er... guy.

On another note, I have often thought there should be more Mrs Santas around during The Season.
