The crepes didn't make it past Sunday, but the fillings and toppings are still gracing meals... The sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms made a lovely omelette yesterday, and I had some spicy applesauce with a pork chop for dinner. The left over pecans went on my breakast this morning.

I honestly don't remember the last time I had a crepe, of any kind! But you're right . . . it does sound like everyone was well-fed . . .

I never know if you girls mind a joke,
I would have been there like a rabbit if I had lived near,
but of course you would not invite me now.
Honestly I think it was sweet of you and Charlie to go
to all the trouble, not many do so these days.

With your delicious crepe recipes things just had to go well! Oh, and I hate it when people say they will come to a party but don't show up! They'd better have a damn good excuse, or they won't be invited again...
