I know those tests can drive you up a wall, both you and Wiley (cuz you two are in it together, just like Liz and I), but if you can keep smiling and joking with each other through it all, that's a good thing.

Laughter is the best medicine. I read an article about a woman who was in really bad shape and thought she was going to die until her sister heard that artificial sweetner can cause these symptons and so the lady was tested and was ineed alergic to the sweetner and is doing great now and is on a shot for the alergy so does Wiley use any artifical sweetners in anything he eats or drinks?

Well, the least you could have done was to simply agree with Sir Wiley until the last possible minute! Make him think, for a little while, that his "big word" was actually correct and useful! Unfortunately, glasses and hearing-aids are not interchangeable, so he would have caught on eventually . . .

You two manage to make me thankful for each day
that North Camelot continues to flourish. You've chosen to look on the bright side, to be grateful for every blessing, and to send out sweet vibes. Thank you so much. I'm keeping you and Wiley in my thoughts, and hope they find a way to put him back into handyman mode in a day or two. I know just playing with his woodworking tools would bring the satisfaction of accomplishment.

Good morning there Aussie transplanted to Canada... through these posts i feel like i sort of know you. i recently moved back to my hometown. 15 miles from where i was living cause i didn't have a car and i wanted to be able to walk to see my mother who was 15 months in a nursing home before she passes away on may 7th of this year. she loved God and was a real gas. spiritual, not stuffy like her mother the teacher and poet was -- i used to watch billy graham crusades and love american style with her when she lived her last few years with us before she died in 1972. well, now you know me a little more. just kind of bored this morning. wanting to sell ny times best sellers and my dad thinks i should aim for funny short stories first before attempting novels about my times in psych hospitals. guess that is what i'm doing this month on blogit -- i canceled right after i got on the other day thank goodness i don't have to keep it for an entire year. i'm that poor. a starving artist who doesn't want to get a job cause i can get by compliments my note from my psychiatrist and the united states government... social security disability. i'm considered gravely disabled with bipolar disorder. just trying to make lemonade. i keep busy having coffee outside on the picnic tables with my friendly iowa neighbors who feed the squirrels and birds who seem to be headed south for the winter. cept the blessed sparrows. gotta have them, little monkeys. take care. thanks for reading my stuff experimental though it may be. carolyn

I wish it were spring coming for you. At least you will be snug in the house now the heating is fixed. I do hope Wiley will feel better soon, a blessing that you are there for him.

Don't ya just love new shoes? Wahoo for getting some action with the doctor's office. I just loved Wiley' s comment... remembered such a big word! I feel happy when I can remember some body's name most days!hugs!!!!
