I know Pat sometimes I feel I could drift down a depressive kind of alley way. I try then to think of forward projects that will be enjoyable. Like having a tooth implant.

I am collapsed back onto my bed after reading here. My legs ache and the 20 30 lbs that I needed to lose are melting away....You have worn me out!!LOL
Actually dear one, you are so right. Once we get going somehow we can keep on ..the depression lifts I think. Oh and CNN have really lost the plot. One or two or three miserable stories a day..or a week even and every hour a new announcer goes through the same misery with different or the same so called experts to comment. I cannot stand to watch any more.
