Re Mia

Mia it is a Dahlia I did not realize there were so many different forms, they are prolific bloomers. Thank you,I did raise the old chap he was quite weak but I am glad I spoke and reminded him of some things he had forgotten.

Jimmy

Loganberries are a bit longer than raspberries Jimmy I bought these at a Garden centre the labels were missing and the staff had no idea what they were so I had them at a knock down price. Once if you remember the houses all had names, well they did here our was 'The Green Homestead.' In those days the postman knew most folk's names, it seems funny now.

I don't know what it is, but that flower is definitely my favorite so far!! I do hope you were able to get in touch with your friend for a good chat, and that you've survived the thunderstorms!

(that flower is boring compared to yours, but it will have to do...)

I don't think I ever even seen a loganberry, let alone tasted one, with or without cream! And hey, I guess Shakespeare Cottages sounds a heck of a lot better than A Group Of Flats With No Distinct Personality . . .

Re: Ms Judy

Well I don't mind fleas it is bugs one has to look out for. I'll spray the cats resting place today.

This flower is really beautiful!  Fleas are awful for us and our pets.  They bit them and aggrivate them and suck their blood.  Even though the cat won't let you, once he sees it gets rid of those darn pests he will be happier!

Love the flower, even though I don't know what it is...And you'd better find a way to get that flea stuff on your cat - get Arthur or Archie to hold her, or both of them if necessary! I once forgot with my doggie - it was a disaster! It took almost a month to get rid of the infestation...

That is the most beautiful flower I have ever seen.

Oh yes - you're busted, CCT. We all know you are as Kabu says, so bluster away. No wool over this lamb's eyes!

I feel like I would recognize your neighborhood if I happened to

walk through it. Charming, by any standards. I'm thinking there's the smell of wool scarves drying by the register on winter afternoons, and a teakettle at the ready.
