I've been thinking of doing the same thing here. In fact, one of my better clients came here with his son, and when they asked what was upstairs I told them to take a look. The son said he would like a place like that....if he wasn't already living with his parents. Maybe we'll both end up with tenants.

The right tenant can be a blessing, the wrong one - well, the wrong one can be tossed quickly, LOL. And I hope you'll get a good response from your ad! Once the new academic year starts, you should get lots from students if you have a university relatively close...

Great idea Ciel. And maybe you could
also put an ad in your local college newspapers - assuming they still have journalism students "at war" with the administration on college campuses these days. ☺
