LOL - that was quite a day! I like going to yard sales, not so sure I would want to organize one, although I should. But I am so out of the way here that I doubt anyone would show up. Your neighbour is a hoot, but no, not one to encourage. It could become very annoying.

Already took the leftovers to Goodwill, where a very nice young man unloaded them for me and thanked me "for changing someone's life." All in all it was a very interesting day!

It sounds as though all that hard work paid off...things gone, some money
in the hand and I presume what is over will go to good will. A giggle with your sister and a toubled lady from across the road, definitely a special day today.
