Glad you are better. I hope it all works for you. I had to get tough with myself off and on about weight loss , including eating less portions; it is still working. But everyone is different and different approaches work for different ones, why there are so many plans out there.

oh i know i will succeed...it's a mind set....post a pic of you at your ideal weight on the fridge and cabinets....you will see it every time you decide to reach for something to snack on
