I think I am glad I do not have to be concerned with customer relations anymore.  There are a few really good things about being retired.

It is true that customer service is vitally important but we do learn from experience as well! sam

yes customers will return even when unsatisfied at first if they know you did what it took to remedy the situation immediately and not weeks or months down the road...
