When I Googled this facility, I found they have a program available to work on parenting skills for possible reuniting with children after release. More hopeful news!

so it will probably be like a new life for your daughter, maybe a wake-up on a lot of levels, this 'boot camp' program. Best luck to her! And to you, too!
